FAQ’s
What types of lights can I have installed permanently?
We provide a variety of permanent lighting options to suit your specific needs and create a stunning ambiance in your outdoor spaces.
- Bistro Setups: Our permanent bistro setups are ideal for illuminating your yard, patio, pool area, or even under pergolas and decks. These setups feature stylish and evenly spaced lights that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Drop Lights: We offer two options for drop lights. First, you can choose Edison bulbs hung in trees or under pergolas and decks, providing a charming vintage aesthetic. Alternatively, you can opt for drop mini lights, which are artistically hung in tree branches throughout your yard or centered in a specific location for a captivating visual display.
- Tree Wraps: Our tree wraps involve wrapping the trunks of your trees in a spiral fashion with mini lights. This technique adds a magical touch to your outdoor space and highlights the beauty of your trees, especially during the evening hours.
By selecting any of these permanent lighting options, you can enhance the year-round appeal of your outdoor areas, creating an enchanting atmosphere that can be enjoyed both during special occasions and everyday moments.
Please note that specific details and availability may vary depending on your location and the specific requirements of your outdoor space. Our team will work closely with you to determine the best lighting solution for your needs and bring your vision to life.
Is white or black cord preferred?
The preference for a white or black cord depends on various factors, including personal taste and the desired aesthetic. Here are some considerations to help you make a decision.
White Cord
Versatility: A white cord tends to be more versatile and blends well with a wide range of settings and color schemes. It is often preferred when the cord needs to be discreet or seamlessly integrated into the background.
Subtlety: White cords can be less noticeable against light-colored surfaces, making them a suitable choice if you want the focus to be on the lights rather than the cord itself.
Brightness: If your lighting setup is predominantly white or features light-colored bulbs, a white cord can help maintain a consistent and cohesive appearance.
Black Cord
Contrast: A black cord can create a striking contrast against light or neutral backgrounds, making it visually stand out. It can add a bold and contemporary touch to the overall aesthetic.
Camouflage: In outdoor settings, such as hanging lights against trees or dark surfaces, a black cord can blend in better and be less noticeable compared to a white cord.
Design Accent: A black cord can be used as a deliberate design element, enhancing a modern or industrial aesthetic and making a statement in your lighting display.
Ultimately, the choice between a white or black cord depends on your personal preference and how you envision the overall look and feel of your lighting setup. Consider the surrounding environment, desired ambiance, and whether you want the cord to blend in or make a visual impact.
When will you install my lights?
The timing for installing permanent lights can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, project complexity, and our current schedule. We install permanent lights from April-July.
